We were all very happy overall, particularly with the location and facilities in the villa. Some issues reported by people in the group:
-Wireless (WiFi) signal strength was very weak, and internet access went down a couple of times during the stay. This was the biggest inconvenience for us, and we highly recommend resolving this problem.
-With maid service included, we think it would be nice if the maid handled trash removal.
-Strange to keep the cutlery in a drawer far away from the kitchen.
-There should be an electric or regular kettle for heating water, instead of having to heat it in a saucepan.
-A map of the property before arrival would have been handy, since some people arrived late and had trouble finding the parking lot in the back.
-The doorframe to one of the bathrooms on the ground floor was loose, so even with the door locked it was more or less possible to open the door. Some repairs needed there. (We did not cause this, it was like that when we arrived.)
Apart from the wireless problem (which drags down the comfort score), none of these issues made any serious difference to our enjoyment, and we had a great week in the villa. Thanks!
